this was one of the best stay my Kids love it we have been free upgraded to one bedroom suite with huge terrace , food is amazing suhoor service was on time, with plenty of option of food , anything you get a call away mr jeff form front office was amazing to assist us

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay with my wife at the Al Ain Rotana hotel. The room was large, quiet and comfortable, the staff professional and helpful. Nice pool area, clean and well kept. Rich and excellent quality breakfast. Very good value for money.

This is my second overnight stay this past week at the Rotana Al Ain. Amazing reception with friendly and helpful staff. They accommodation is great and the food is amazing. Thank you to Kaleem who made extra effort in ensuring our stay was one to remember.

Excellent hotel to stay in Al Ain. From reception to room service and cleaning, cannot complain. All staff are very friendly, with special mentions to the bell attendant Lakeird (not sure of the spelling) who accompanied us to the basement parking and showed us our room on Saturday 15 Nov and Lady at Zest. Only one small irritation, the reception of the TV is very poor, but fortunately we did not do much of it
