My stay was amazing, the room is very spacious, quiet and very clean. The sheikh zayed road view from the high floor is stunning! Airah from reception has the sweetest smile, kindness and she made me feel truly welcome, her guest service attitude is at the highest level! This hotel is truly recommended for travellers.

The hotel is very nice and clean, we immediately felt comfortable. The rooms are big and comfortable and especially the city view is a dream. Moreover, it is located in the perfect place for exploring the city, with the Burj Khalifa or the Dubai Mall very near. There are also shuttles from the hotel to La Mer Beach or the Outlet Mall. But you can also just visit the pool of the hotel which is very nice and clean as well! In addition, the food was very tasty, there was a variety of food at the buffet. Above all, the staff is very friendly and open. They are there for any questions and very polite, for us especially Sweety, Michael, Yassine and Innocent should be mentioned. We have not had any problems and have always been treated very well. We can give our warmest recommendation!

Really nice hotel. Great location, nice spacious room with well working air-con. One metro stop from Dubai Mall. Good breakfasts with big choice. Very nice staff, espacially a lovely lady Alice at the front desk. Gym and the swimming pool open fron 6am until the evening. We will come back here for sure!

only one thing is not perfect, the elevators are more difficult, otherwise 10 out of 10 all the hotel employees smile and ask you if everything is fine and if you need anything else it is also worth it due to its positioning, 5 minutes from the subway and 10 minutes from the museum of the Future

All is good, we are enjoy all. Location is so good, metro is near - only 2 minutes to walk. Burj Khalifa is on shown from windows. Stuff is great. Restaurant also is great. Special thanks to room cleaner man and restorant stuff.

for anyone, who would like to explore the city in well top located Hotel, he has to book this one without doubt. I booked the room with Lounge service, i had always the chance to get my breakfast in very quite Area and also during the day i had the chance to get snacks and some refreshment. On the other hand the metro stiation is 300 meter and easy to reach.

Nice, willing and always smiling staff, great variety of food, we could change dinner for lunch on our half board if we changed plans for the day, 5 elevators, child-friendly pool, we got bottled water on our room every day, great location near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa or the Museum of the Future or the Frame, 10-15 minutes by taxi to Kite Beach or La Mer Beach, taxi always in front of the hotel.

Almost in the center, near all attractions, clean, nice pool, Taxi available all the time, room rate is also reasonable. very close to restaurants, future museum, city walk, Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. I will stay again in this great hotel for my next trip.

For 6 days of my trip stayed at that hotel. Very nice location, close to Dubai Mall, Museum of Future, arranged every day’s transfer to the beach. Excellent service and very friendly stuff! I took a standard room , for 4 stars hotel it was good. Every day cleaning. Food may be not varied enough, but tasty. So, I’m fully satisfied with my trip and accommodation.
