I was very happy and comfortable staying at the Hotel Centro Capital Centre, I was treated not like a guest but like my own family, the first time I arrived at the hotel I met my family at the reception named Ani, Munir, Khalifa, Alex, they welcomed me warmly and happily and they knew what kind of room I usually want a smoking room, and during my stay at the Centro Capital Center hotel I felt I was staying at home, safe and peaceful, basically the hotel would be good if the comfort and warmth at the hotel, I gave it 5 stars for the Centro Capital Center hotel by Rotana

As a regular guest I am looked after very well by the friendly and helpful staff which makes my away from home much easier and relaxed. The only point that I would like to make is unfortunately there is no longer a facility where you are able to store left luggage. As a business traveler and regular guest I would like this to be available again.

I have been in Centro hotel for more than 2 months, the hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The quality of the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options

I stayed in Centro capital Centre for 3 months. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful! I enjoyed every minute in the hotel, for what you pay it is worth every single minute. I recommend it.
