Our teams have been briefed about specific protocols to follow in relation to this virus, and are fully prepared with preventative and responsive measures, in line with the World Health Organisation guidelines.

We continue to sanitize all surfaces at a higher frequency using products from Ecolab, which are effective against Coronavirus. We have also provided disinfection sanitizers to all colleagues and have placed them across all public areas. Our hotels are also being installed with heat scanners to detect any infection.

We are also waiving our cancellation fees for hotel stays booked through rotana.com from now until December 31st, 2020.
